Risk of Harm to Self or Others
In urgent/emergency situations, please follow the advice below as I do not offer an emergency or out-of-hours service and cannot respond in a timely manner outside scheduled sessions:
If you or another are at risk of harm and require urgent mental health support please contact your GP in the first instance, or if out-of-hours, one or more of the following:
• The Samaritans National helpline: 116 123 (this number is free to call) available 24/7 .
• NHS 111 service can be called for non-urgent medical help (this number is free to call) available 24/7.
• In emergency situations please call 999 or attend your local Hospital Accident & Emergency Department.
