Qualifications & Experience

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with a BSc in Psychology, an MSc and the Doctoral Qualification in Counselling Psychology. I have 20 years experience of working in the UK mental health system from 2000 to 2020 in both primary and secondary care services.

I am now a freelance psychologist producing resources to enhance emotional and psychological wellbeing, which I share via YouTube, Facebook (Peace House page) and this website. I also run an independent private practice providing online psychological therapy to clients and online supervision to mental health professionals. Face-to-face sessions are available to people who live in the Dorset (UK) area. Addiction Rehabilitation Service

How do I get started in online psychological therapy?

In urgent/emergency situations, please follow the advice below as I do not offer an emergency or out-of-hours service and cannot respond in a timely manner outside scheduled sessions:
